I CAN'T AFFORD A SESSION RIGHT NOW. IS IT STILL WORTH IT TO REACH OUT?
Absolutely! I built Annie Baker Photography on making professional photography accessible. If one of my standard collections doesn’t fit your budget, reach out anyway. Whenever possible, I’ll create a Unique-to-You Collection, a custom package designed around your budget and what matters most to you.

HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your final gallery is delivered.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
Portrait sessions are best booked 3–8 weeks in advance, while weddings are often booked 6–18 months in advance. Last-minute inquiries are always welcome if I have availability!

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Colorado weather is unpredictable! I am a rain-or-shine photographer, but if conditions aren’t safe or ideal, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost whenever possible.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
You’ll receive a styling guide after booking, and I’m always happy to help you choose outfits if you need a second opinion.

CAN I BRING OTHER PEOPLE OR MY PET?
If you’d like to bring family members, friends, or anyone else to your session, please let me know ahead of time. My focus is on photographing the individual(s) included in your booked session, so additional group photos are not guaranteed if extra people arrive unexpectedly. If we discuss it in advance, I’m often happy to accommodate a few extra images when time allows. Pets are always welcome as long as the location allows them!

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
Each package includes a specific number of edited images. You’ll also have the option to purchase additional images or your full gallery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY?
Portrait galleries will be delivered, at the latest, within 6 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered, at the latest, within 12 weeks. I always aim to deliver sooner when possible.

CAN I GET MY RAW FILES AND CAN I EDIT MY OWN IMAGES?
No. RAW files are unfinished images and are never delivered. Every image you receive reflects my artistic style and brand and is copyrighted to my business. Cropping is always welcome, but filters and additional edits are not. After you receive your gallery, you will have a 14-day grace period to request any edits you may like.

CAN YOU HELP ME CHOOSE A LOCATION?
Of course! I’ll have a list of locations I send clients so you can choose the perfect one for your vision, the season, lighting, and accessibility. However, you do not need to choose one of mine, and I am always open to working somewhere new. Some locations do require permits, though, and you, as the client, are responsible for paying for them.
