Graham
There’s something so special about senior year. It’s a season filled with excitement, change, and the anticipation of everything that comes next! I recently had the pleasure of meeting Graham and his mom at Hudson Gardens for his senior session, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful fall afternoon. Between the sunshine, changing leaves, and peaceful scenery, it was the perfect setting to capture a few memories from this exciting chapter of his life.

One of my favorite things about senior photography is that no two sessions are ever quite the same. Every senior brings their own personality, style, and energy, and I love finding ways to let that shine through. Graham has such a calm, easygoing personality, so we kept things simple, comfortable, and true to who he is. No elaborate poses or anything over the top, just a relaxed afternoon wandering around the gardens and capturing some genuine moments along the way!
Hudson Gardens gave us plenty of beautiful backdrops to work with! We explored a few different spots, from the peaceful water and greenery to the textured stone walls and little pops of fall color scattered throughout the gardens. I loved being able to incorporate a variety of settings while keeping the overall gallery natural and timeless. We even mixed in a few black-and-white portraits, which added a classic touch to his final images.
Something I always want my clients to remember is that you don't have to be someone you're not in front of my camera. Whether you're naturally outgoing or prefer to keep things a little more low-key, there's no right or wrong way to approach a photo session. My goal is always to create an experience where you can simply be yourself and walk away with photographs that feel authentic to you. I think we were able to do exactly that with Graham's session!

Beyond the photos themselves, it was such a pleasure meeting Graham and his mom. They were both incredibly sweet, kind, and wonderful to work with. I always appreciate the families who invite me to capture these milestones, especially knowing just how quickly senior year comes and goes. Before you know it, graduation is here, and all those little moments become memories you'll want to hold onto forever.
Graham, thank you so much for trusting me with your senior photos! I hope these images serve as a little reminder of this season of your life and all the exciting possibilities waiting ahead. Wishing you an amazing rest of your senior year, a wonderful graduation, and nothing but happiness and success as you step into your next chapter. Congratulations, Class of 2027!
